"RE: sweet magnolias" In response to message #19   Though Bill does reappear in HOME IN CAROLINA, Ty and Annie's story out in April 2010, I'm afraid he doesn't have a major role in the story. He and Ty do exchange some insights at one point, but that's it. And since the focus of the next two books is on Annie's friends, Sarah and Raylene, Bill isn't in there either. But when it comes to husbands trying to redeem themselves, Sarah's ex-husband does take a stab at it...with Mary Vaughn's daughter, Rory Sue, who gives him a real run for his money.
