   I am anxious to read the new book. I have a hard time giving up my favorite foods\drinks also, moderation is the key I guess.

Moderation is definitely important, Dixie. Has anyone read the book "Why French Women Don't Get Fat"? at least I think that's the title. Of course the author and some others I've encountered consider the perfect snack to be four or five almonds or something like that. Give me one piece of Dove chocolate and I'm a whole lot happier. I recently was hiring a contractor to do some work for me in Florida. As we stood chatting in my kitchen, he noticed the bag of Dove chocolates on the counter and went into raptures about them, then added that he only allows himself to eat them on Saturday. Now that's moderation! Of course, now that I think about it, he never said how many he eats on Saturday.
