It showed that even through tragedy, best friends can over come and go on with their lives. It was so well written and it made me feel good about my own "best friends". Friendships are so important in the lives of women and I'm delighted that this book reminded you of the value of yours. I hope, too, that the story in MENDING FENCES is a reminder to all of us of the importance of forgiveness. I spent 3 hours yesterday sitting and reading, because I just had to finish the book. There were so many different issues that were pulled together to make 1 awesome book. We were getting kind of burned out on strictly romances, so this Women's Fiction was a delightful change. Word-of-mouth by readers is the very best way to sell a book, and I'm so delighted you spread the word on one of mine! I actually hope lots of moms of teenage girls read it and maybe even passed it along to their daughters.
